Send an e-mail to bo99@tesre.bo.cnr.it to confirm your submission, containing the directory name where you put the file and the postscript file name.
In case of multiple submissions, please append a sequential number to postscript file name (nameofpaper_1.ps, nameofpaper_2.ps, etc). Please note that you can put files, but nothing else. For any problem please contact bo99@tesre.bo.cnr.it.

LaTeX files

We have prepared a LaTeX style file named bo99.sty that adheres to the Conference format. Please find below the style file together with a LaTeX template, plus the epsfig.sty file for postscript inclusion.

NOTE: You do not need to take the epsfig.sty file below. You should have it (if your LaTeX is not broken!)

epsfig.sty Style for postscript inclusion in documents (included in any standard LaTeX 2e distribution)

epsfig_latex209.sty Style for postscript inclusion in documents (this works for old LaTeX 2.09 distributions)

For the list of available keywords please consult the ApJ subject heading list or the A&A Thesaurus of Keywords (they are the same). The maximum number of keywords is five.

If there are problems with epsfig insertions of figures please print figures with Fig. number and caption in full page and leave the empty space in the text. Figures will be reduced and inserted by the publisher.
