The Workshop Proceedings (editors A. Comastri, M. Cappi, L. Angelini) will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP); a copy of the volume will be distributed to all the registered participants. Both poster and oral presentations will be included. All the contibutions will be referred by SOC and LOC members. Your manuscripts will be collected as T_EX-compiled PDF files.
